Our friends stayed at this property, and they found it to be well located, nicely appointed, very clean and the perfect property.

Lynn was incredibly responsive at all times, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied.

What a beautiful spot, and what a great place to stay!
  We loved the listing as soon as we saw it, it seemed like something right out of Downtown Abbey. We were a little hesitant to book as this place is a new listing and the photos were too good be true. We are a group of 8 and everyone got excited looking at the photos and we booked it. And boy did we make a right choice, this is a beautifully decorated 18th century mansion.

There was so much care taken in obtaining antique decoration stuff and accessories. It felt like we time travelled into the 1800’s. I can only image how much time the host spent in putting all the decorations together. Every room, even the restrooms, are aesthetically put together.

There is a huge hall with an 85 inch tv, where we had game night watching tv. In the morning we had a photo shoot in the beautiful backyard that comes with a pond. You can spend hours in each room going over the details. This house itself can be a trip and we are really glad we chose it and had a huge surprise on our trip. This is a huge house that can have 10+ persons and even great for people to experience the lifestyle of the 1800’s.

Kudos to the host for putting an experience with the stay! P.S The house is well equipped with washer/ dryer/ fridge

My family and I stayed here for 4 days for an event we had that weekend. We had about 15 adults all staying, figuring with that many people, may be a little bit of a full house.

Let me tell you the amount of rooms and space is incredible, not even mentioning the absolutely Gorgeous backyard. Tire swings, hammock, fire ring and multiple outdoor games will leave you never needing sonething to do. Then, going on the canoe on the unrealistic glass water was perfection.

The house was so clean, anything and everything you need is provided and it is so beautifully put together....seemed as if you are living in a magazine home. The memories we made there were the best of a lifetime and I cannot give a higher rating or review.

Thank you Lynn, this home and the time spent here will never be forgotten.

Incredible Property!

Our stay was just as incredible as this beautiful property Lynn has curated!

Her knowledge of the history of the home, and respect with the restoration was impeccable.

The Inn was a perfect fit for my party to enjoy exploring coastal Maine! We arrived at night and the lit pillars are a memory I will not forget.

An absolutely magical property I hope to visit again!

Great stay at the Emerson House!

Just had a wonderful stay at the Emerson House. I love how each room was uniquely decorated with vintage decor.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating.

I will definitely be returning next time I am staying in Orland.

I really enjoyed the lovely decor at the Emerson House and discovering different treasures.

It was a great place to get all our loved ones under the same roof.

I especially loved the large dining room, peaceful hammock and playing cards in the lounge!
